NSA accused of hacking UN

The United Nations said on Monday that it would quiz US officials about reports that the National Security Agency (NSA) hacked its international communications.

Spokesman Farhan Haq said the "the inviolability of diplomatic missions, including the UN and other international organisations" was "well-established international law."

German magazine Der Spiegel reported on Sunday that documents obtained by US whistleblower Edward Snowden showed the NSA hacked into the EU's computer networks, bugged its US offices and eavesdropped on UN video conference calls.
